Old Grave is a crypt dungeon that uses the undead dungeon configuration. When looking for it, check the areas associated with Roadside Tower and the Drunken Woodsman Inn: map generation assigns Old Grave and another dungeon between these two areas, with the actual position varying by save.

Finding Old Grave
One dungeon is assigned to the area associated with each location below. Old Grave and the other dungeon in the shared pool are assigned without repetition, so Old Grave is not tied to either row. These are associated areas; the entrance need not occupy the same map tile as the tower or inn.

Map and entrance
After choosing an area, map generation places the entrance on an eligible tile and selects the surface scene for the local terrain. This site's map shows one example. Follow the locations discovered in your current save rather than treating the example coordinates as a route valid for every save.

Old Grave uses the standard crypt room and undead-faction configuration. Old Grave is a particular location, while crypts are the dungeon type sharing these rules.
