The Burial Cave is an ancient burial site and the main setting for investigating Venemist's fate and finding the Bone Cradle in From the Cradle to the Grave. Clues in the camp connect to the Manticore encounter inside the cave. After the investigation and battle, return to Rotten Willow to deliver the relic.

Location and map entry
The Burial Cave is a fixed named location. Open the interactive map to locate it, then plan your journey using the terrain and roads revealed in your current save.
The cave and Rotten Willow Tavern are separate locations. Use the map link to locate the cave and the directory link to read its background and task connection.
Quest scene changes
Accepting From the Cradle to the Grave changes the camp at the Burial Cave to its quest scene while preserving its discovery state. A discovered location stays visible; an undiscovered one is not automatically revealed by acceptance alone.
Entering the cave advances arrival and exploration. You must then resolve the Manticore encounter and pick up the Bone Cradle before returning it. The camp and cave interior share one world-map entry.
