I was told that Bern, the quartermaster of the Brynn Vanguard, wants to see me. Should be able to find him in the Old Towers, near the entrance to the Armory.##I wonder what he wants.

If the option is not available yet, finish the prerequisite content that unlocks Bern's Brynn dialogue and return to the Old Towers. The available meeting dialogue advances and completes the objective; declining or leaving only keeps it unfinished.
Rewards and consequences
The same-release action marks “Find Quartermaster Bern” complete and completes the quest; no separate crown or equipment reward is bound to this task. The quartermaster letter action belongs to another dialogue step and is not a fixed reward for this quest.
